Mega Millions now biggest jackpot in drawing’s history, surpassing $1.5 billion

The estimated Jackpot was $1.550 Billion ( $757.2 Million cash).

The next drawing is on Tuesday, Aug 08, 2023 with an estimated Jackpot of $1.55 Billion ( $757.2 Million cash).

The Mega Millions jackpot has reached a new record high, with an estimated annuity of $1.55 billion and a cash option of $757.2 million for the next drawing on Tuesday.

This surpasses the previous game record of $1.537 billion, won in 2018 with a ticket in South Carolina, making it the third-largest U.S. lottery prize.

The world record for a lottery prize remains the Powerball jackpot of $2.04 billion, won in November with a ticket in California. The Mega Millions jackpot has been growing for over three months and was last won on April 18.
