애플사의 아이폰 기기의 가장 최신형인 4s에서만이 이용가능했던 음성인식 기능인 시리(Siri)를 아이패드1, 아이패드2 혹은 아이폰3GS 및 아이폰4에서도 사용할 수 있습니다. 이것은 탈옥된 기기에서만 가능합니다. 시리가 설치완료된 후 홈버튼을 오래 누르면 시리(Siri)가 시작되는데 일반적인 질문이외에도 스포츠 경기의 스코어 및 경기시간 등도 알려주는 등 생각보다 더 똑똑하네요.
아래 시리(Siri) 설치하는 방법을 보시고 해보시기 바랍니다.
- Jailbreak your iDevice with iOS 5 or 5.0.1(This siri application does not suppport iOS 5.1 or 5.1.1).
- Download Spire from cydia(it is on the Bigboss repo) On the iPad you will be greeted with an error.
iPad users go to step 3. iPod Touch or iPhone users skip to step 10. Please be patient this will take a good 5-10 minutes. - Download iFile from cydia. iFile is a paid app in Cydia. There are ways to download this app for free but I will not list any repos.
- Go to the root of the iPad. Then go to system\library\coreservices\springboard.app\
- Scroll down to the file that looks like this–> k—-.plist.
- Click on it and and click Property List Viewer.
- Click Capabilities.
- Scroll down and go to iPad and turn that off.
- Go back to Cydia and try downloading Spire again.
- Go to settings\general\siri and turn siri on.
- Go back to Cydia and add the repo http://i4siri.com/repo.
- Download the only app available on the repo.
- Go to safari and go to the URL http://i4siri.com/installcertificate.html.
- Download the certificate.
- You are done! Hold the home button to test out siri!
